We offer excellent wholesale, print on demand, and bulk pricing, and we would love to work with you! Please read our FAQ below or ask questions and start orders by sending us a message!
Q. What qualifies as wholesale? What about bulk?
Wholesale orders are intended to be resold in your shop or online boutique at a markup. We do not have a minimum order quantity for wholesale, and are happy to do mixed orders of multiple items. Wholesale orders have a $200 minimum and a shipping charge calculated per order.
Bulk orders are larger quantities (10+) of a single item. There is no minimum dollar amount to qualify for a bulk order discount, but all items in the order must be the same. Bulk discounts are based on the dollar value of your order. We are always happy to work with you to create custom items for bulk ordering. (For example, many customers order branded notebooks for their team, or teacher planners for an entire school, using our bulk ordering options.)
Q. What are the discounts for wholesale and bulk orders?
Because every order is different, your discount can vary. Please contact us with your order details so we can provide you with a detailed quote. For wholesale orders, we generally aim for 100% markup for your store. The minimum bulk discount value is 20%.
Q. What is Print on Demand?
With our Print on Demand services, you can offer our products, or custom products tailored to your store, to your customers without carrying any inventory. When you receive an order, we print that item and ship directly to your customer. Print on Demand pricing depends on your average order volume but allows for significant markup for your store. Q. I want to order quantities above 150 items. Is there better pricing available?
Yes! Please contact us with the details of your order, and we will provide a customized quote for you.
Q. I'm ready to order. How do I get started?
Simply contact us with the details of your order, and we will provide a price quote and invoice for you. Once we receive your payment, your order will go into production!
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax on my wholesale or bulk order?
We are located in Arizona. Items purchased for resale within Arizona will not be charged sales tax if a valid resale certificate is provided. All other orders shipping within the state of Arizona will be charged sales tax in accordance with state law. Most orders shipped outside Arizona will not be charged sales tax. We will let you know if there are any taxes or fees associated with your particular location. Proof of a valid resale license may be required for wholesale ordering.
Q. How much is the shipping fee?
All shipping for wholesale and bulk orders is calculated by weight, and will therefore depend on the particular items in your order. Please contact us to get started!
Q. Can you make me a completely custom wholesale order with options that aren't available on your website?
Absolutely! Please let us know what you have in mind and we'll get back to you right away!
Q. Do I have to choose from one of your existing covers or designs for my wholesale, print on demand, or bulk order, or can I create my own?
You can definitely create your own! We can help you design a cover with your logo, photos, company or school colors, or anything else you can imagine. If you would prefer to create your own design, just let us know what item(s) you are hoping to order and we will provide a template to set up your file. We accept PDF, high-resolution JPG, Adobe Illustrator, packaged InDesign, and Photoshop files.
Q. Do you have special discounts for schools and non-profits?
Yes! We love helping schools and communities any way we can. We offer a minimum 20% discount to schools and non-profits, and depending on the order you’d like to place, that discount can be as high as 50%. If you are fundraising, let us know! Q. Can I get a sample of an item before placing an order?
Absolutely! Samples are intended to give you a sense of quality and materials used. Your sample will be the same item you are hoping to order, but will not have any custom personalization or designs. Samples are $10 each, which covers the cost of materials and shipping. Please contact us to let us know which item you would like to see.
Q. Can I get a physical proof of an item for a wholesale order?
Yes! Once you place your order and we receive payment, we would be happy to provide a proof for any item. Proofs are free of charge, and only available on wholesale orders of 20 items or more. Simply let us know when placing your order that you would like to receive a physical proof.
